E’Muan Moneè Persaud is a hair stylist and colorist who services the DMV area. After receiving her Cosmetology license from The Temple Annapolis, a Paul Mitchell Partner School, in 2019, E’Muan became a full-time stylist, quickly growing her clientele due to her thorough and professional execution.

E’Muan is passionate about her craft and continues to invest in improving her technique, particularly her talent and skill for coloring hair, making her one of the most sought after colorists in the DMV.

E’Muan specializes in silk presses, natural hair styling, hair coloring, and bridal party styling among her array of services.

In addition to styling hair, E’muan is the proud creator of “Strip Me,” her custom individual strip lashes.
